Changes!

Our hearts don’t really demand it. People have gotten used to the established order and any changes will inevitably be discussed and, with a 50% chance, rejected. 50% is too much to ignore. Deep, fundamental changes are always made in several steps so that the process of change becomes part of the company’s routine. This way, a “calm” state is one with a moderate pace of change. Then changes come almost on their own, as if naturally.

At the same time, if you want to change just one thing, you shouldn’t build a serious strategy around it. It doesn’t make sense. What should you do? Even though people don’t like change, they really enjoy experiments. Call what you’re implementing an experiment, and people will embrace it enthusiastically.
