The deep fryer has accumulated all the carcinogenic substances it could. We need to clean the heating elements from the deposits. First, we soak them in a cleaning solution. Then we do something risky — we turn on the heating elements dry to get them red hot. Some stuff pops off from the heat. After that, I roll it outside and scrub it with a metal brush. Then I go over it with a pressure washer. Next, I wrap it in paper and pour acid all over it. After that, I use the pressure washer again. Finally, I scrape it in some places with a scraper and a screwdriver. That’s it, it can be returned to the clients.
It’s strange that the company didn’t have any brush discs for the angle grinder or drill. There was also no sandpaper. This needs to be fixed.
