There is no need for any databases, reports, feedback surveys, and so on. The requests that truly matter will keep coming up again and again. After a while, you simply won’t be able to forget them. Your clients will be your memory; they will continue to remind you. They will show you what things you really need to care about.
If there are requests that you can forget, it’s a sign that they aren’t very important. The truly important things won’t go away.
