How do you evaluate your boss, the person who hired you? Many people say that the company’s management is not looking in the right direction, is doing the wrong things, is not working effectively, and is hiring the wrong people, suggesting that everything should be done differently. If the management is indeed wrong and prone to mistakes, then it’s quite likely that hiring the complaining employee was also a mistake. This means that the person who complains is also “not the right” person. So, if you are complaining, by definition, you are wrong. Or are you the exception, and these psychopaths hired you during a rare moment of clarity?
But there were reasons why you approached this company and this team, right? That means you are part of what can be called the “character of the company.” So why are you complaining?
