Tracking information system

OIS.

A public, independent information system that operates on the principles of blockchain, allowing for multiple duplications and distribution of information. This system will be capable of tracking, storing, and providing any user with information about legal and informational relationships between individuals, including details about who has requested information about the user themselves. This serves as a technical prerequisite for development. reconism Текст для перевода: ..

The main “evidential” tool for the truthfulness of the provided information will be the continuous recording of changes in the state of the requested information — blockchain. Practically, this will reflect human understanding of truth. A more illustrative presentation of the idea — здесь. Moreover, such a system should fundamentally not depend on any physical identifiers. For example, dialogue about identification , from which it is clear that any identifier is simply unnecessary.

It’s important not to view the “OIS” as a centralized system where every person or item has a single “main” account. From the perspective of wikis and the peer-to-peer ideology, the concept of a centralized account doesn’t make sense, just as a “login” doesn’t make sense on the internet. Accounts for a specific person exist in social networks, supermarkets, banks, transportation companies that issue passes, taxi services, and even in surveillance cameras that notice you every morning on your way to work, as well as at your workplace and even with your neighbor. A “unified” account can be forged and manipulated. Multiple accounts, on the other hand, are not subject to manipulation.

The OIS will emerge as a unifying framework, bringing together many projects that are already starting today. It will arise in a way similar to how Google emerged for the Internet. Importantly, Google is not the only search engine. Similarly, the OIS will not be something centralized or singular. The OIS will simply allow for tracking history: “I came from there, arrived here, did this in this place, and ended up here because I came from there, and I wanted to come because certain needs arose, and those needs emerged because specific information was obtained,” and so on.

The OIS can be a purely virtual term describing a set of technical measures that allow people to share information about each other in one way or another.

At the same time, the organization does not require guarantees of absolute and total accounting of everything in the world, down to cocktail straws. It’s just that sooner or later, there will be a level of information tracking where missing or untracked information can be reconstructed from what is available. For example: If it’s observed that a person entered an alley and then exited from the other side after some time, it is likely that they walked through the alley without stopping.

The architecture of a system built on a peer-to-peer ideology will allow the network to thrive and perform its functions independently of the will of individuals or organizations; this will protect historical data from manipulation and provide every person who is a subscriber to such a network with access to the resources of the entire network.
